Welcome to Rèjuvi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rèjuvi Skin Lab services and the purchase of RÈ by Rèjuvi products. By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Appointments & Clinical Services
Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
We require at least [48/72] hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, [35%] the cost of service.
All new clients for Rèjuvi Skin Lab must undergo an initial Skin Analysis by our Med Aesthetician to ensure treatments are safe and suitable for their skin type.
2. Product Sales (RÈ by Rèjuvi)
RÈ by Rèjuvi products are intended for external use only. Please follow the specific application instructions provided on the packaging.
All orders placed through our website or in-lab are subject to acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We aim to process orders within [5-7] business days. Rèjuvi is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.
Returns and Refunds
• We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within [2] days to discuss a resolution.
• Unopened RÈ by Rèjuvi products may be returned within 5 days of purchase for a Refund/Store Credit. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are proven defective.
